Essay

Dissertation is devoted the study of brachiocephal arteries remodeling process, extracranial blood flow marks, plasma lipid spectre and homocysteine content in patients with arterial hypertension, associated with carotid and vertebral arteries pathology. It's set that hypertensive patients with extracranial arteries pathology are characterized to increased homocysteine and lipid spectre level, more expressived pathology vascular remodeling and cerebral blood flow volume decreasing opposite the patients with the second stage of essential hypertension. It was evidenced that twelve-week combined hypotensive and lipid lowering therapy has good hypotensive effects, well safety profile, homocysteine, lipid components and intimal medial thickness lowering, cerebral blood flow increasing too principally in hypertensive patients with extracranial arteries pathology.
