Chubuchna E. Social justice in mixed economy

Object of research: processes, what be going on in the field of relations of social justice in the conditions of economy of the mixed type. Purpose of research: research-and-development of essence and displays of social justice conception of forming of bases of creation of just environment for a man in modern terms taking into account moving of Ukraine toward postindustrial society and euro integration. Methods of research: dialectical method, historical approach, method of scientific abstraction, method of analysis and synthesis. Results: generalization of determination of social justice as categories of economic theory; an analysis of theories of social justice is in a historical aspect; development of theoretical base of forming of relations of social justice and adequate socio-economic policy of the state in the conditions of the mixed economy; determination of genetic bases of social justice at market principles of management, contained in the social sphere of society; ground of mechanism of expedient association of positives of the approved planning system of social justice with market; development of conception of social justice and problems of poverty of population is in the economy of the mixed type; determination of conception of forming of the system of social justice is in the economy of the mixed type; proof of expediency of association of problems of social justice with economic security of the state. Novelty: First: the concept of social justice in the conditions of the mixed economy, conformities to law and features of forming and functioning of adequate social justice in the system of economic relations is certain; authorial conception of structuration of economic and social factors is worked out; directions of forming of the system of social justice are worked out in Ukraine. Got further development: position about expedience of the use in the modern system of social justice of those positives which a previous social sphere had; conception of poverty from position of social justice; position about intercommunication of social justice and economic security in the state and necessity of her providing.
