Essay

Thesis is dedicated to the improvement of diagnosis and surgical treatment of patients with primary axillary hyperhidrosis. It is performed an observation and treatment of 97 patients with abnormal sweating. Fatty acids composition in sweat at different stages of the patients treatment is determined by means of uninvasive gas-hromatohrafic analysis, an evaluation method of lipid metabolism disorders in primary hyperhidrosis is worked up. It‘s proposed a significant factor integral diagnostic severity of the disease developed on the basis of criteria and algorithm of optimal diagnosis choosing and treatment of patients. A new surgical instrument – the original metal cannula for integrated ultrasound and vacuum-mechanical removal of sweat glands is created. Video-endoscopic markers of optimal removal of sweat glands with complex surgical treatment of patients with primary axillary are determined. The peculiarities of morphological and morphometric changes in the sweat glands axillary areas in depending on the type of surgical and conservative treatment in early and remote postoperative periods are shown. Implement of comprehensive threecomponent surgical technology has provided positive outcomes in 97.1% patients, reducing complications by 2.8 times, increasing the level of social adaptation of patients.
