The thesis is dedicated to improving the effectiveness of the treatment of hyperplastic processes of the uterus by improving methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of complications for saving the reproductive health of women with uterine fibroids based on the combined pathology and risk factors. Relationships between hormonal and lipid blood spectrum and index of the body's mass were established on the basis of a comprehensive examination of patients. The pathogenetic role of lipids in the development of hyperplastic processes of the uterus was proved. Clinical and morphological changes in endo- and myometrium during of hyperplastic processes of the uterus before and during treatment were established.
