The thesis deals with the issues of the course of the preconceptive stage in women with habitual noncarrying of pregnancy in anamnesis and aims at developing new approaches and ways of optimization of the preventive program and improving the complex of treatment and rehabilitation measures for patients of this category. It is the first to research the comparative aspects of the frequency and the causes of the development of habitual noncarrying of pregnancy and placental dysfunction and to identify the key factors of miscarriage and unsuccessful reproductive attempts in this category of patients. The thesis also reveals the role of dyshormonal, biochemical, immunological and dysbiotic disorders in the preconceptive stage and identifies the role of psychological and emotional changes in the pathogenesis of gestation complications in women with habitual noncarrying of pregnancy in anamnesis as well as the ways and the deadlines of individual psycho-correction. The author has developed and implemented practical recommendations for reducing the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with habitual noncarrying of pregnancy by developing and implementing a differentiated approach to the use of treatment and preventive measures in the preconception stage.
