Essay

The object of the research metabolic pattern in women with arterial hypertension of all reproductive age. The goal is to improve diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in women of all reproductive age based on the study of metabolic risk factors, their relationship to structural and functional condition of heart and vessels and effectiveness of drug therapy. Methods - clinical, biochemical, instrumental, statistical. Novelty is established the role of metabolic risk factors for cardiovascular disease in the formation of unfavorable structural and functional changes of the heart and vessels in women with arterial hypertension of all reproductive age; it was proved that the use of folic acid can correct hyperhomocysteinemia , to improve structural and functional condition of vessels. The observed data were introduced into practice of the the work of City Clinical Hospital № 1, Regional Clinical Hospital, District hospitals (Vinnitsya), Volodarsk-Volynsk district hospital (Zhytomyr region), Institute of Rehabilitation of the Vinnitsa National Medical University named by M.I. Pirogov and also in the educational process of Vinnitsa National Medical University named by M.I. Pirogov.
