Essay

The object of the research is endocardium and heart valves affection in experimental animals, alive and dead patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. The goal is to assess the clinical course and pathogenesis of endocardium and heart valves affection in systemic lupus erythematosus, clinical - morphological associations in dead patients and experimental animals with disease model. Methods - clinical, radiological, ultrasonic, electrophysiological, biochemical, immunological, immuneenzymatic, morphological, statistical. Novelty is presented as evidence of correlation between and heart valves affection in dead patients with another cardiac and extracardiac manifestation of the disease, also it was shown in experimental animals with disease model, it was first determined the pathogenetic role of damages of particular morphological structures of endocardium and heart valves, immunological phagocytic disturbances and antiphospholipid syndrome. The observed data were introduced into practice of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical union, the Institute of urgent and restorative surgery named by V.K. Gusak of the National Academy of medical science of Ukraine (Donetsk), and also in the educational process of Donetsk, Vinnitsa and Kharkov national medical universities.
