In the dissertatio the analysis of criminological safety of bank institutions is represented, the description the criminological characteristics of the bank robbery is investigated, its high-quality indexes is learnt, the features of description of criminal is set up, and also the reasons and conditions promoting these crimes, are set. On this ground an activity of organs of internal affairs is analysed in relation to prevention of the bank robberies, foreign experience of this activity is learnt, the measures of its improvement are found and offered.
