Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the determination of the optimization diagnostic and improvement of treatment on patients with ischemic heart disease with obesity and without it. In our work we have studied clinical and functional indexes, which are characterized function of endothelium, inflammation processes and lipid level changes in duration of treatment by ACE inhibitor ramipril and simvastatin. It was found that destabilization of function of endothelium and inflammation factors were already in patients with stable angina pectoris and increasing with level of obesity. The functional changes of endothelium and markers of inflammation, level of lipid spectrum and leptin indexes are more increased in patients with unstable angina pectoris particularly in patients with obesity. Protections of endothelium and uninflammation effects are developed already after 2-3 weeks of treatment. Unischemic effects of ramipril and simvastatin are determined by such effects like normalization of function of endothelium, uninflammation effects. The results of 3 month duration of investigation we have determined that destabilization of ischemic heart pathology depends of markers of inflammation, function of endothelium and taking in course of treatment ramipril and simvastatin, which are improved the duration of disease.
