Nehodchenko D. Criminal liability for human trafficking in Ukraine and other countries: the comparative legal analysis

The thesis covers a complex of questions of theoretical and practical character in relation with legal analysis of actus reus connected with human trafficking under the legislation of Ukraine and other countries. The history of forming of legal concept of human trafficking and world experience of establishment of criminal liability for the actions connected with this phenomenon is researched. Besides, delimitation of this actus reus with the crimes connected with illegal migration is made, and also the comparative analysis of the criminal legislation of the separate countries concerning the rates, providing responsibility for human trafficking is carried out.
