Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the development of the spectral methods and algorithms of recognition and classification of discrete complex signals. The spectral method of recognition of complex signals, which are invariant concerning shifting and rotating, is based on orthogonal discrete bases Kravtchuk's functions. The corresponding algorithm of restore of signals realizes the operation of generalized scroll and finding of maximum of energy functional. This algorithm insures the automatic recognition of signals with accuracy, which is required.
