Thesis contains the work about the theoretical approaches to the development of the tax system as one of the public administration components in the field of economics, that was completed due to the complex analysis of conceptual and categorical apparatus of research, studying of the historical experience of tax system management and historical stages of taxes development. The content of forms and methods of public administration influence upon the national tax system was exposed, the forms of state administration influence upon the the national tax system reforming in accordance to the European requirements were revealed, the ways of efficiency growth of state administration influence upon the national tax system were defined.
