Analysis of treatment results of 224 patients with colorectal cancer complicated by obstruction of the bowel, which were treated from 1995 to 2010 years, was carried out. On the basis of a retrospective study of 100 patients with histories of using modern methods of statistical analysis has been developed mathematical model of prognostic risk failure of the large intestine anastomosis sutures, according to a rating scale designed for assessment of the risk of this complication. Three degrees of risk of failure of the large intestine anastomosis was devised. On the basis of results of treatment of 124 patients in the period from 2006 to 2010 years new methods of decompression zone seams intestinal anastomosis were developed. Dynamics of in-traintestine pressure was explored using different methods of decompression and the expedient use of these methods in the clinic was proved. The methods of prevention failure of anastomosis seams, improved the immediate results of treating patients with complicated forms of colorectal cancer by reducing the number of complications from anastomosis at early postoperative period.
