Shen Y. Optimization of Approaches to Diagnostics and Treatment of Pre-tumour Cervical Diseases against the background of Chronic Salpingo-Oophoritis

The thesis concerns with the increase of effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with uterine dysplasia against the background of chronic salpingo -oophoritis on the basis of study results of linic-laboratory changes and improvement in methods of these patients' treatment. Clinico-anamnestic and medical factors of cervical disease onset against the background of chronic adnexitis accompanied by considerable disorders of vaginal microbiocenosis of polyetiological character are distinguished, namely: microbic anaerobic-aerobic associations in combination with VPL prevail (in 67,0% cases). Disease develops against the background of pathological changes in the system of hemostasis, hemorheology in ovarian arteries and disorders of indeces of cervix local immunity. Recommended by the author pathogenetically substantiated approach to treatment of cervical dysplasia against the background of chronic salpingo-oophoritis which includes laser vaporization of dysplasia patch and further correction of disorders by anti-inflammatory and antithrombotic preparations considerably increases (up to 92,0%), compared with conventional approach (63,0%), the effectiveness of this pathology treatment.
