Donchak L. The improvement of internal economic mechanism of functioning of fruit and vegetable processing enterprises

The thesis is devoted to research and working out of theoretical principles and applied recommendations with regard to improving of internal economic mechanism of fruit and vegetable processing enterprises and ways of increasing its effectiveness under current conditions. In this paper the issue of enterprise internal economic mechanism has been studied, its structure and basic forms of operation being theoretically grounded. The author has defined the tendencies of fruit and vegetable processing sector development in Vinnytsia region, performed an economic analysis of the features of enterprise internal functioning, identified the main problems of working instability. The estimation method of the effectiveness of internal economic mechanism of fruit and vegetable processing enterprises has been devised on the basis of indistinct logic theory which allows quickly and adequately to respond to external and internal changes under current uncertain conditions. A model to internal economic mechanism of fruit and vegetable processing enterprises has been proposed and proved as an important direction in the improvement of production effectiveness.
