The dissertation is an integrated specific study on the level of a monograph about protection of legal interests of persons whom coercive medical aid is applied. The thesis is dedicated to investigating the problem of protection of legal interests of persons whom coercive medical aid is applied. The problem of defining of law nature of lawsuits on coercive medical aid is researched. The concept of coercive medical aid and grounds of application have been defined. Attention is paid to the peculiarities of court trial and rendering a judgement of legal case on coercive psychiatric aid.
