The thesis is devoted to the synthesis of the new biological active substances on the basis of salts of 3-(4'-acetylphenyl-carbamoyl)-propanoic acid and standardization of haemostatic on their basis. Salts of 3-(4'-acetylphenylcarbamoyl)-propanoic acid with cations of organic bases, which are stable to hydrolysis, were implemented and their haemostatic actions were proved. The method of synthesis of substance of original hemostatic «Succiphenat» was scientifically grounded and standardized and methods of quality control of substance and lyophilized powder of succiphenat were developed.
