Object: theoretical and scientifically methodical aspects organization economic mechanism of ecology of electroenergy. Purpose: development of theoretical and scientifically methodical positions in relation to forming of organization economic mechanism of ecology of electroenergy of Ukraine in the conditions of integration and liberalization of power markets. Research methods and apparatus: abstractly logic and system-structural analysis, indicative analysis, models and methods of analysis of correlation "charges-results", balance, cluster analysis.Theoretical and practical rezult:teoretical positions, conclusions and recommendations, resulted in dissertation work, are inculcated to the level of methodical developments and suggestions which touch the improvement of organization-economic mechanism of ecologization of electroenergy with the purpose of their the subsequent use for the ground of strategic administrative decisions. Novelty: the scientifically methodical going is first developed near forming of organization economic mechanism of ecology of electroenergy, which is based on the use of evaluation criteria of level of satisfaction of power and ecological necessities of society, and also level of co-ordination of ecology ekonomic interests of subjects of electroenergy market in the conditions of integration and liberalization of world power markets. Object: economic relations which arise up in the process of ecology of electroenergy complex between the subjects of electroenergy market.
