Research objective - improving the effectiveness of treatment of chronic dermatoses in patients with chronic viral hepatitis by the use of amino acids in the treatment, detoxification and metabolic means on the basis of the established role of endogenous intoxication and metabolic abnormalities in the pathogenesis of dermatoses. Methods: clinical, biochemical, spectrophotometric, fluorometric, immunological, statistics. The thesis is devoted to research features of chronic dermatoses against viral hepatitis (VН). An examination of 185 patients with chronic dermatoses against VH lihenoyidni dermatoses (LhD) were 60 (32,4 %), allergic dermatoses (ALD) - in 31 (16,8 %), akneiformni (AknD) - in 39 (21,1 %), others - in 55 (29,7 %). Chronic HCV found in 98 (53,0 %), HBV - in 59 (31,9 %) patients. Proved greater expressiveness of clinical signs, often relapses (more than 3 per year) in 95 (73.1%) patients with dermatoses against VН (p<0.05). Prognostic chronic dermatoses in patients with type VG related dermatoses (p<0,001), EI by 260 MSM (p = 0,004) and helikobakter gastro-associated (p = 0,043). The method of treatment with amino acids and metabolic detoxification of giving a long and sustained clinical remission (3 years) in 19 (22,9 %) patients. The results of the work have been implemented in practice of the regional clinical Dermatovenerologic Dispensary of Donetsk, clinical Dermatovenerologic Dispensary No. 1 of Donetsk, Makiivka, Kramatorsk, Gorlivka, Mariupol Dermatovenerologic Dispensary of Donetsk region.
