The dissertation is devoted to researching of the charter of a territorial hromada as source of the constitutional law of Ukraine. The history of charters of territorial hromada and charter adjusting of local self-government is probed in Ukraine in the context of world experience. The offers on current legislation improvement in sphere of constitutionally-legal regulation of the charter of a territorial hromada as source of a constitutional law of Ukraine are made.
