Essay

For the first time for the simulation of contract construction organization, implemented by the scheme developer control, proposed a fundamentally new type of network model, which combines the features of models of "work-arc" and "work-top" with the semantic evaluation of assurance on compliance with the developer implementing the planned project characteristics and customer requirements during the work. Organizational and technological parameters of the plane of the network model, based on the type of "top", provides the ability to properly adjust the course of the developer of the project, and budgetary and logistical parameters plane provides an appropriate anchor for coordinated between the customer and developer of the project budget and schedule of investments. Models are adopting a new system for selecting a criterion model variants of construction organization. Reliability is ensured by the formation of choice alternatives in confidence and resource profile of a construction project and the Final Ratings (integral handle), which defines the comparative advantage of each alternative relative to another.
