Dissertation, devoted to the affect of inadequacy in adolescence, contains theoretical analysis of scientific approaches of the phenomena in foreign and domestic psychology; the essence, socio-psychological factors of this construct in secondary school as well as boarding school teenagers are determined. Appropriateness and effectiveness of psychological programme and socio-psychological training implementation are experimentally proved. Methodological recommendations for secondary school and boarding school practical psychologists and class teachers concerning lowering of affect of inadequacy characteristics in maladaptive adolescence are worked out.
