The human being is at the foregrounds of Karol Wojtyla’s philosophy. The address to man’s spirituality, religiousness, ethics, which are philosophic and theological bases of the notionalist, reveals instrumantalistic understanding of the other, the lack of appropriate conditions for the person’s incipience, the problem of discordance of the man’s inner world and reality, in particular the dominance of material values in society.
