Akimenko J. Features of one-man company in civil law (legislation of Ukraine and Germany.

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and practical issues connected with the regulation of the activity of one-man company on the example of legislation of Ukraine and Germany. The author gives the history of the introduction of one-man company in the countries of different legal systems, caused by application of legal fiction. It explores conception and legal nature of companies, and also the connection between this institution and the activity of enterprise. The basic tendencies of historic development of one-man companies are considered in this work. The author makes a comparative-legal analysis of that legislation, which determines a specific character of legal status of one-man companies in Ukraine and the other countries. According to it the candidate for a degree gives the concrete proposals on the perfection of the analogous Ukraine legislation in this sphere.
