The thesis is devoted to pecularaties of water organic strucrures formation in porous adsorbents and partially dehydrated bioobjects by 1Н NMR spectroscopy method. It was established that there were cluster structures of strongly associated water as particular phase with chemical shift 4,5-6 ppm while freezing water-DMSO solutions. By the example of activated carbon with similar volume of micro- and mesopores and their fixed adsorbat filling it was shown that water-organic clusters were formed mainly in mesopores. Method of water structures differentiation in intact and infected Guerin's carcinoma liver cells was developed using certain proportion in mixture of two organic solvents. Model gel, perspective for transdermal applications with water cluster state similar to endocellular one was designed.
