Peshkova A. Civil regulation of the relations of the rendering of the telecommunication services.

The dissertation is the first complex research of civil regulations of the relations of the rendering of the telecommunications services. The most important theoretical and practical questions of civil regulation of such relations are scrutinized. The dissertation is devoted to analyzing the general and specific features of the telecommunication service, and definition of the telecommunications services is formulated on their grounds. It is defined that telecommunication service occupies an independent place between other services, it's important to differ it from post, information, telematics, traffic transmission services, and from service of the rendering of the access to the network for customers. The author also develops unfolded classification of the telecommunication service. The telecommunication services provision contract is investigated. Also it is defined the subject of that contract and it is proposed its definition. The author also analyzes the forms of civil responsibility for breaking the conditions of the contract and law. The author makes suggestions as to amending and improving effective law with respect to the legal regulation of the relations of the rendering of the telecommunications services, to make the civil law of Ukraine more optimal in this sphere.
