3. The dissertation is devoted to developing and deepening theoretical rationale and practical recommendations on the formation and development of corporate culture using a wide range of organizational, economic, socio-psychological and communication levers. The author delineated the concept of "organizational culture" and "corporate culture", the functions of a modern corporate culture, developed classification tools of its formation and development. The author proposed method of assessing the impact of corporate culture on the organization's activities using a sytem of indicators of economic relations with the enterprise stakeholders which reflects the economic component of corporate culture. The thesis grounded model of formation and development of socio-innovation corporate culture. The author clarified the mechanism of formation and development of corporate culture by the addition of organizational, economic, socio-psychological and communication levers.
