Sobol L. Monitoring of citizens' life quality as the way of increasing regional management efficiency

The object of research is the life quality of Ukraine. The goal of the research is the is development and scientific and theoretical basis of methodological and technological model of life quality monitoring as a mean of improving the efficiency of territory management. Methods of the investigation are the following: comparative and functional analysis, systematical and analytical method, methods of identification, extrapolation, practical methods: observation, expert assessment, surveys, secondary sociological analysis, statistical analysis. The scientific novelty of the results is development of scientific and theoretical justification of the methodological and technological model of life quality monitoring as a mean of improving the efficiency of territory management, interpretation approaches of the category "life quality" are improved, the role of the life quality was indicated as an integral indicator of human life, it is improved the theoretical basis of determining the aggregate indicators used in assessing the life quality, methodological tools are developed for comprehensive assessment of the life quality in the territories, further development is progressed in theoretical foundations of monitoring research of the life quality areas, it is proved, that the assessment of the life quality has its purpose when its findings are used in administration, when subjects of administration correct domestic policy, approaches for defining the role of subjective components of the life quality, the proposed method of the assessing subjective of the life quality is proposed and its approbation is made; conceptual approaches for implementation to management practices of areas of life quality monitoring that contain the consecutive procedures of diagnosis, evaluation, comparison and development of corrective measures.
