Samchenko M. Criminological Characteristic and the Prevention of the Domestic Violence Concerning Minors

The thesis is an investigation in which the problems of determination of the domestic violence concerning minors are examined on the monographic level. The main ways of prevention of this phenomenon are also determined. The work is devoted to the theoretical, practical and applied problems of the scientific research, legislative regulation, application of the law enforcement bodies and judicial authorities of the criminological legislation as for the prevention of the domestic violence concerning minors. Having analyzed the works of the domestic and foreign criminologists, the detailed analyses of the violent crimes concerning minors in the family relations was made.
