Bronevytska O. Correspondence of criminal legislation of Ukraine with valid international treaties

Сomparative legal analyses of the provisions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and international treaties is conducted, the content of certain international legal concepts is defined, comparison of these concepts to those, foreseen by the Criminal Code of Ukraine. A number of discrepancy among the Criminal Code of Ukraine and international legal provisions is stated, the ways of concordance of the criminal legislation of Ukraine with the requirements of international treaties are pointed out. Аttention is also paid to necessity to compromise between accuracy of exposition of international provisions in the internal legislation and preserving the authentic style of internal Criminal Law.
