Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the preservation of critical limb ischemia in patients with associated occlusion of the femoral-popliteal and cruro-pedal arterial segment by increasing the capacity of perceiving the channel. Using the developed algorithm research to determine the tactics of treatment of patients with associated occlusion of the femoral-popliteal and cruro-pedal arterial segment, establish indications for femoral-popliteal reconstruction in patients with satisfactory capacity of perceiving the arterial bed cruro-pedal segment and define the indications for femoral-popliteal supplement reconstruction operation to increase the capacity of perceiving the channel.
