Filonov D. Correction of local immunity of patients with chronic prostate

The scientific work is devoted to raise efficiency of diagnostics and treatment chronic prostate accounting index of local immunity slgA , TNF-a SLIP. It is known that development of chronic inflammation process of prostate with absence of leucosis reaction in urine and blood , concentration TNF-a, SLIP in prostate and slgA in ejaculate considerably exceed index of healthy men.It is noticed that slgA , TNF-a SLIP are informative signs of chronic inflammation of prostate and can be effectively used during diagnostics and evaluating of efficiency of the therapy of the state.The summarizing and new way of the scientific task are introduced in the dissertation - raising of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of chronic prostate accounting peculiarities of local immunity and using immunity strengthening preparation.
