In dissertation the main results of system research on the effectiveness of meat production of cattle, analysis of the factors to ensure its competitiveness, determination of optimal parameters and development strategy. The problem of improving the efficiency of meat production of cattle is considered as finding an optimal solution between the increase of supply, meet consumer demand, conservation organization competitive production and the formation of the market beneficial relations between all parties. The dependence of economic efficiency of meat production from cattle average daily gain, level of specialization and concentration of production. Investigated the economic efficiency of the maintenance of cattle in dairy and beef cattle and its density determined rational. Proved by increasing the economic efficiency of cattle meat based on the improved mechanism of state support and efficient use of bioenergy potential.
