The object of research is the process of financial monitoring in the banking sphere of Ukraine. The subject of research is theoretical and methodological principles, organizational and legal and analytical aspects of the financial monitoring system in the banking sector of Ukraine. Was researched the scientific ideas genesis on a term "monitoring" and theoretical positions about the essence and nature of concept "financial monitoring" and "system of the financial monitoring" were developed, also was upgraded the classification of financial monitoring types, detailed principals and functions of the system of the financial monitoring.Grounded, the system of estimation of the efficiency of the financial monitoring in a commercial bank.
