Essay

The dissertation project is dedicated to the research of the constitutional right for the freedom of meetings, rallies, marches and demonstrations. The project deals with the historical genesis of the development of this right, its theoretical and methodological basis. The classification of peaceful gatherings is grounded. The emphasis is placed on the necessity of the general approach to peaceful gatherings both of political and non-political character. Recommendations are made as for the improvement of the legislation in this field.
