Nikolskaya O. Application of norms of the Constitution of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to research of process of application of norms, in particular research of features of the given process and problems which arise at realization of the constitutional norms in the form of application. This dissertation is, at the present stage, the first complex research of such special form of realization of norms of the Organic law of Ukraine as application. In the dissertation attributes of application of norms of the Constitution of Ukraine are investigated and author's definition of this concept is offered. Forms of application of norms of the Organic law of Ukraine, its function, and also the requirement to correct application of the constitutional norms are analyzed.
