In the dissertation the concept of formation of the balanced system of indicators, which is based on an integrated approach to the evaluation of tangible and intangible assets, and became a basis of formation of the system of mechanism of management of human capital in the system of non-financial component of the strategic development of the enterprise. According to the results of generalization of existing foreign theories about the use of human capital developed the category of "human capital", a model of the classification of the structure of the human capital and justified methodological approach to the assessment of the human capital of the enterprise. Founded model of strategic occupations and model of strategic values. Improved strategic map of the human capital, revealed the prerequisites for effective implementation of the strategic indicators of the balanced system of the managing subject and a method of information support of the functioning of strategic budgets of human capital. The method of calculation of the assessment of the employment of the employee in the framework of the balanced system of the human capital model of the performance management of human capital through the use of indicators of the system.
