Theoretical principles of human capital management of industrial enterprise in conditions of innovative development were studied. A concept of human capital management of industrial enterprise in conditions of innovative development was developed, which allows improving innovative activity of enterprises and promote their competitiveness due to the effective management of human capital elements. А mechanism of human capital management of industrial enterprise in the conditions of innovative development, scientific-methodical approaches to the exposure of features, estimation and adjusting of human capital elements of industrial enterprises are offered. The orgware of human capital management of industrial enterprise was developed. An information model of human capital management of industrial enterprise was developed. A practical approbation of approaches proposed in the thesis was carried out at LLC "Betonmash" and at the industrial enterprise - Yasinovatskiy Machine Building Plant. A complex of man-agerial measures was developed to allow for increasing efficiency of industrial enterprises innovative activity is due to the management of human capital elements.
