Essay

The dissertation is devoted to applying of ink-jet technique using silver nanoparticles to the conductive tracks of PCBs manufacturing and investigation of electrical and mechanical properties of structures, fabricated by this method. The process of electrical conductivity appearance during thermal and laser irradiation treatment of stabilized silver colloid, printed onto polyimide and ceramic substrate has been investigated. Within the framework of this research a simple VHF-radio receivers were build with double layer ink-jet printed circuit board with polyimide as a substrate. The method of via metallization by ink-jet printing was developed.
