Efimov O. Law grounds of a «special compensation» of salvor’s of property at sea expenses.

The theoretic generalization and new solving of scientific problem, which arise as a result of the modern international private maritime law of Ukraine institute of salvage at sea imperfection. In particular, of a law grounds of international law acts rules application for the obligation statute of a salvage contract and special compensation of salvor’s expenses determination in the circumstances of private-law relations with foreign element arising in the specified sphere. Up to date view of solving the scientific problems and theoretic concepts as well as trends of growing of social relations which arise in the field of international carriage and law regulation of this relations at the level of international conventions’ standard rules and rules of private-law standardization as well are investigated. As a result of investigation the new scientific concepts were obtained by candidate himself.
