The thesis is devoted to the analysis of actual problems of the civil law defence of the corporate rights of members of partner companies. In the paper investigate the category of defence and right of defence, formulated define of the maintenance and defence of the corporate rights of members of partner companies, investigated the civil nature of the corporate rights, presented indications and classification of the corporate rights. The candidate for a degree in detail analyses and builds integral system of the forms and methods of defence of corporate rights of members of the partner companies, makes the deepen investigation of methods of the right defence, reveals theoretic and practical problems of defence of the corporate rights.
