Thesis offers clinic and morphology algorithm of prophylaxis and treatment of keloid and hypertrophic scars of anterior abdominal wall developed after the delete of such scars, appearing as a result of previous operation. An algorithm is offered by application of complex guy-sutures or skin plaster of Steri-Strip for closing of a skin wound, 1-3 courses of phototherapy by the device of «Bioptron» depending on the type of the formed scar and intrafocal introduction of kenalog preparation. For rough tightening of hypertrophic scars the Z-plastic on L.A. Limbergu are used. Within the offered algorithm on 7-10 day from the beginning of scarring scar bioptat exposed to morphological, immuno- and lectinohistochemical research on purpose define character of the formed scar. It is discovered that diagnostic value in differential diagnostics of young keloid and hypertrophic scars within 91,4% have lectins of Solanum tuberosum, Sumbucus nigra, Caragana, Laburnum anagyroides and Lens culinaris and with exactness 95,1% is expression of gene Bcl-2 and protein р53 in cells.
