Thesis is a complex scientific research of corporate liability's civil aspects. In this treatise it was turned the characteristics of main elements and types of corporate relations, of corporate relations subjects legal character, the meaning of corporate liability was formulated, the place of corporate liability in a system of legal liability was determined. By virtue of analysis of such kinds of corporate liability, as members liability for companies obligations and companies liability for members obligations, mutual liability of company and its members, liability of companies governing bodies it was made a number of theoretical conclusions and formulated proposals on improvement of current legislation in part of regulation of corporate liability.
