Essay

The object of research - propagation and scattering of radio waves in the lower troposphere. The purpose of the study - study of the fields structure and obtaining data for the effective use of the available radio resources tactical and technical characteristics. Methods of research - computational and theoretical methods using the theory of Fourier integrals, computer modeling, analysis of experimental data. For the first time the generalized mathematical expression for the vector field calculation, from which follow all the previously obtained relations for the corresponding problems. Developed engineering method for rapid estimation of the field, which provides data for radio systems to adapt to current conditions of radio wave propagation. The obtained results allow to expand the performance characteristics of remote sensing of the atmosphere and radar detection and tracking of targets.
