Essay

Object of study: the synchronization of time and frequency using a common source of TV signals and telecommunication geostationary satellites. The study aims to improve the passive synchronization by selecting a new general signal sources and methods of processing, which reduces the main components, the synchronization. When used in solving the problems of basic statistical theory of detection and measurement of signals, mathematical simulation modeling, statistical analysis of measurements and experimental studies. In dissertation the problem of measurement of shift of scales of territorially carried standards of time and frequency generally and in case of common view (CV) is formulated. The basic existing methods of synchronization with the account of a current state and prospects are considered is frequency - time maintenance in Ukraine. The compara-tive analysis of algorithms of synchronization is carried out. In work the correlation analysis of some signals is made and advantages of a measuring multifrequency television signal are shown at realization of passive system of syn-chronization on the basis of CV within direct visibility. For synchronization of remote points possibility of use of signals ГС for realization CV is considered. On the basis of theoretical researches the generalized model of system of synchronization on the basis of CV which distinctive feature is inclusion in its structure of the inde-pendent channel of calibration (the radio meteoric channel of synchronization) which states an estimation of shift of scales in the synchronized points is improved. Theoretical researches and modeling of influence of the correlated hindrances caused multipath of channel are conducted in work, on an error of an estimation of time position on bending around and a phase coherent bearing accepted signals.Also possibilities of increase of accuracy of equipment МЕТКА-6М at the expense of modernization of a synthesizer of frequency are considered.
