Yatskova A. Agricultural Cooperatives Personnel Formation and Use.

The aim of this work is to give scientific grounds of theoretical and methodological regulations and practical recommendations to form and to use agricultural cooperatives personnel. The object of study is the process of agricultural cooperatives personnel formation and use in Zhytomyr region. Methods of study: analysis and synthesis, social research, multiple correlation and regressive analysis. Theoretical results: development of positions and recommendations in relation to providing of effective control system by the personnel of agricultural cooperative stores. Practical results in possibility of their application in activity of agricultural cooperative stores and enterprises of other legal forms. Scientific novelty: methodological approaches to calculate necessary number of administrative and technical personnel of typical agricultural production cooperative taking into consideration the level of production process mechanization and methodological approaches to calculate necessary number of agricultural service cooperative hired personnel taking into consideration peculiarities of its administrative, economic mechanism and nonprofit status were offered. Degree of introduction: Drawn on researches in-process Main administration of agroindustrial development by the Zhitomir area agricultural enterprises and in the educational process of the Zhitomir national agroekologicheskogo university. Efficiency: research results will facilitate the improvement of agricultural cooperatives personnel formation and use.
