The thesis is devoted to the creation of methods and models for planning and optimization of the contractor that operates in the present conditions of the market for construction services. Improved procedure for the preliminary analysis of a set of temporal and technological characteristics, due to calendar settings of the construction project additional time lags, which allowed to determine the possible potential of combining work the count of the construction project. A model of determining the value of placing the load between the elements and units of a construction company. Developed a combinatorial model of planning and implementation of construction projects ranging in terms of implementing agencies, taking into account restrictions on the order of their development.
