Object - business-processes of motor-transport enterprises. Goal - expansion of theoretical basis and development of scientific and methodical guidelines for formulation and realization of the business-processes management of motor-transport enterprises. Results - Has been improved: essence of concepts "business-process" and "business-processes management"; the classification of motor-transport enterprises (MTE) processes by selecting in their composition of business-processes on the sign of direct consumer value creation, which are divided into the processes of services forming, granting of basic and additional services; the methodical approach to the business-processes estimation on the generalized and specified levels, which differs by system and using of the specially developed tool for determination of separate processes importance by the Cherchmen-Akkof method and quality of business-processes realization by the method of fuzzy sets with the indexes that characterizes the basic processes parameters and criticism of its refuse; got further development: conceptual model of the business-processes management system, which is based on the cyclic-functional division of administrative actions, concordance of entry and initial parameters of processes of services forming, granting of basic and additional services; scientific and methodical guidelines for realization of the business-processes management of the MTE, which include forming the business-processes improvement process and constructing the organizational structure of the MTE, oriented at the business-processes management.
