Krysko Z. Managing the Restructuring of Vertically Integrated Construction Enterprises

The object of the work is restructuring in a changing market environment. The aim of the dissertation is forming the conceptual framework and development on this basis recommendations on the restructuring of vertically integrated enterprises of the construction industry. The methods of the work are the following: theoretical generalization, deduction and induction, analysis and synthesis, causality and abstract and logical, strategic industry analysis, statistical clustering and comparative analysis, interviews and surveys, matrix methods of strategic analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, graphical. The results of the paper: presented theoretical generalization and developed recommendations for selecting construction companies of strategic alternatives, methods and means of restructuring to ensure strategic stability. The novelty of the work: formed the conceptual basis and reasonably methodical approaches to management restructuring of vertically integrated enterprises of the construction industry. The results of the work are implemented into practical activity of such enterprises as LLC "Dobrobud", PMP "Phoenix-Bud", LLC "Domobudivnyk" and in the educational process of Ternopil National Economic University. The field: the activity of enterprises of the construction industry during their restructuring.
