Ruda T. Management of production risks of milk rerolling enterprises

The research deepens the conceptual - category machinery of risk theory: it defines more accurately the concept "economic risk", defines the key aspects, which enable to reveal deeper the nature of risk display; substantiates its place in the system of economic categories. The theoretical aspects of administration of economic activity risks received further development: the research proposed to look at the risk- management as at the process of management and as a complicated, dynamic and open system; substantiated the tendencies and methods of influence onto the risk extent, and also their choice with taking into account the appropriate peculiarities. The author defines the factors, which influence the display of production risks in the activity of milk- rerolling enterprises. The types of risk on the process stages of milk rerolling enterprises are defined. The author proposes the methodical approaches to the pricing and prognostication of the production risks with the use of methods of economic- mathematical modeling. The research gives proof of the inner mechanisms of risk management, which are based on creating the system of making management decisions aimed at prevention the display of production risks and creating in the administration structure of milk- rerolling enterprises the separated department on production risks management.
